Booking your trip is
very simple with Vaya Adventures. Just give us a call or
send us an email to confirm availability for the dates you would like to travel. If you
want to do a custom trip, send us whatever information you can about what you want
to do and we will put together a proposal for you. After trip
availability is confirmed and you are ready to reserve your place, you have
3 options:
- Call us on the
phone at (8000 342-1796 or (510) 548-8487 to charge your trip deposit of $400 to
Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover (for some trips a higher deposit may apply; you
can also pay the deposit by check)
- Email us at info@vayaadventures.com to let us know you want to book and we will contact you to finalize the booking
- Fill out and submit our online Booking Form (please note this link is to an inactive version of the form; upon booking your trip we will email you a link to the active version which you can fill out directly online and submit to us electronically; no need to print out the form and mail it in)
If you
decide to reserve your place with us by phone or email, your reservation will be held
temporarily to give you time to fill out and submit
our Booking Form, which is required for each participant on all of our trips.
